NTM Gold Encounters Further High-Grades to Increase Hub Strike

THE DRILL SERGEANT: NTM Gold (ASX: NTM) increased the mineralised strike at the Hub prospect within the company’s 100 per cent-owned Redcliffe gold project near Leonora in Western Australia.

NTM Resources reported that drilling at Hub has confirmed grade continuity, particularly in the central part of the prospect, giving confidence to the robustness of the gold mineralisation.

The drilling also encountered mineralisation over 200 metres south of the previous southernmost intercept, extending the strike of Hub to over 1,350m.

The drilling was completed just before Christmas, testing northern and southern extensions as well as shallow grade continuity, consisting 31 RC holes and six diamond tails.

Five metre composites from the first eight holes (19RRC079 – 086) that returned exceptional grades close to surface were resampled on one-metre intervals with results confirming the tenor of the previously grades and widths.

Five metre composite samples from the remaining RC holes (19RRC087 – 110) have now been received by the company, returning a large number of high-grade results.

Of note, the diamond drilling intersected high-grade mineralisation at depth.

Diamond and RC drilling returned numerous high-grade intersections, including:

10 metres at 6 grams per tonne gold from 85m, including 5m at 9.2g/t gold (RC 5m composite);
4.1m at 8.4g/t gold from 186.4m (Diamond); and
6m at 5.1g/t gold from 323.5m, including 1m at 11.5g/t gold (Diamond).

One-metre RC resamples confirmed outstanding shallow grades and widths including:

9m at 12.5g/t gold from 33m, including 2m at 29.6g/t gold;
12m at 6.8g/t gold from 25m, including 2m at 20.7g/t gold; and
9m at 8.9g/t gold from 24m, including 2m at 14.1g/t gold.

The Hub prospect strike was extended to over 1,350m with results on southernmost RC line of:

5m at 5g/t gold from surface (RC 5m composite); and
5m at 2.1g/t gold from 65m (RC 5m composite).

“These latest results continue to demonstrate the potential of Hub with exceptional grades close to surface and a strike of over 1.3 kilometres,” NTM Gold managing director Andrew Muir said in the company’s announcement to the Australian Securities Exchange.

“Hub continues to grow with each drill program and we look forward to ongoing testing with drilling to recommence in coming weeks.”

NTM Gold Hits High-Grade Gold at Hub Prospect

THE DRILL SERGEANT: NTM Gold (ASX: NTM) has recently completed a round of RC drilling at the Hub prospect at the company’s 100 per cent-owned Redcliffe gold project located near Leonora in Western Australia.

NTM Gold is carrying out the drilling to test northern and southern extensions as well as shallow grade continuity.

The first holes of the program tested shallow mineralisation and returned excellent grades close to surface.

These holes also targeted the up-dip mineralisation to test the grade continuity close to surface.

Better results from the initial five-metre composite samples include:

15 metres at 8.5 grams per tonne gold from 25m;
25m at 5.4g/t gold from 20m, including 5m at 20.3g/t gold;
15m at 4.9g/t gold from 20m, including 10m at 6.6g/t gold; and
10m at 4.1g/t gold from 25m, including 5m at 6.8g/t gold.

Two holes testing deeper grade continuity returned positive results from initial five-metre composites, including:

10m at 4.5g/t gold from 135m; and
10m at 2.6g/t gold from 105m.

The results are from the first eight of a planned 37 RC hole program the company expects to continue until Christmas.

NYM indicated that on completion of the shallower holes, RC drilling will next focus on a number of diamond pre-collars, before moving to extensional drilling along strike.

Diamond drilling has also commenced and is testing for deeper extensions to the gold mineralisation and will also provide valuable geological information.

“These shallow RC results highlight the substantial value of Hub with exceptional grades close to surface,” NTM Gold managing director Andrew Muir said in the company’s announcement to the Australian Securities Exchange.

“Hub has continued to grow with each program and we are optimistic this continues with the current program.

“RC and diamond drilling remains ongoing with more results due in the following weeks after completion of the pre-collars.”

NTM Gold Highlights New Gold Trends

THE DRILL SERGEANT: NTM Gold (ASX: NTM) recently completed a 125-hole aircore program at the company’s 100 per cent-owned Redcliffe gold project located near Leonora in Western Australia.

NTM Gold Highlights New Gold Trends

THE DRILL SERGEANT: NTM Gold (ASX: NTM) recently completed a 125-hole aircore program at the company’s 100 per cent-owned Redcliffe gold project located near Leonora in Western Australia.

NTM Gold said the drilling identified several new anomalous gold trends to the north and south of the Hub prospect, some of which have come in at over 800 metres long with a number of +0.5 grams per tonne intercepts in five metre composite samples.

NTM believes these may represent strike extensions of the current Hub mineralisation.

Gold anomalism associated with Hub can now be traced for over three kilometres.

Following a recent RC program at Hub, NTM has received the remaining 1m resamples that were taken from the initial 5m composite samples.

These have closely aligned to the initial composite samples, but given better definition on grade distribution.

Resamples of recent Hub RC 5m composites include:

3 metres at 9.8 grams per tonne gold within 7m at 5.6g/t gold from 175m;
6m at 2.4g/t gold within 14m at 1.6g/t gold from 120m; and
1m at 4.9g/t gold within 15m at 1.2g/t gold from 82m.

The company added that 1m samples from the holes at the very north and south of the prospect have confirmed the strike length of the mineralisation to be at least 1,130m, and still open to the north and south.

RC drilling has recommenced at Hub targeting northern, southern and depth extensions the company identified in its last RC program.

Drilling will also test grade continuity close to surface.

“The RC resamples have confirmed the grades and continuity of mineralisation at Hub and continue to highlight the mineralised systems potential,” NTM Gold managing director Andrew Muir said in the company’s announcement to the Australian Securities Exchange.

“With a 1,130-metre strike and remaining open to the north, south and at depth, Hub continues to grow with each drill program.

“The recent aircore program continues this theme, delivering highly encouraging results which may represent further strike extensions to Hub.

“These new anomalies will be followed up in the new year after the current RC program is completed.”

NTM Gold Raising Funds to Continue Redcliffe Exploration

THE BOURSE WHISPERER: NTM Gold (ASX: NTM) announced an equity issue to Institutional and Sophisticated Investors, funds from which will be used to accelerate exploration on the company’s Redcliffe gold project near Leonora in Western Australia.

NTM Gold signalled a raising of $3 million via a primary issue of 60 million shares at an issue price of five cents per share.

Bell Potter is broker to $1.5 million of the Placement to a single Institutional investor while a further $1.5 million is to be placed to G Harvey Nominees Pty Ltd.

Both investors are existing shareholders in NTM.

DGO Gold Limited, NTM’s largest individual shareholder, has the right to support in addition to the Placement so it can maintain its standing interest in NTM.

This will require a contribution of $414,500 on the same terms as the Placement.

The funding will enable NTM continue drilling at Redcliffe where the focus will be on further RC and diamond drilling programs at Hub, with two rigs planned to be on site in the next few weeks.

These programs will follow up the results achieved from drilling to date where the strike of Hub has recently been extended to 1,130m and remains open.

“NTM is very pleased to have completed the placement to two existing and strongly supportive shareholders,” NTM Gold managing director Andrew Muir said in the company’s announcement to the Australian Securities Exchange.

“The placement funds, combined with the contribution from DGO, puts NTM in an excellent position to continue drilling the Redcliffe project with two rigs heading to site soon.”

NTM Gold Extends Hub and Redcliffe East Mineralisation

THE DRILL SERGEANT: NTM Gold (ASX: NTM) has completed diamond and RC drill programs at a number of prospects, including Hub and Redcliffe East, at the company’s 100 per cent-owned Redcliffe gold project located near Leonora, Western Australia.

NTM Gold said drilling at the Hub prospect had returned a number of outstanding gold intercepts, continuing to demonstrate the potential of the prospect.

The mineralisation at Hub has now been extended to a strike extent of 1,130 metres and remains open to the north and south as well as at depth.

Drilling at Hub extended strike and intersects high grades at depth, including:

6 metres at 12.9 grams per tonne gold from 63m, including 3m at 21.7g/t gold; (RC)
2m at 16.2g/t gold from 21m; (RC)
6m at 6.6g/t gold from 213m, including 3.5m at 9.1g/t gold; (diamond drilling) and
0.5m at 11.3g/t gold from 249.5m. (diamond drilling)

At Redcliffe East, the RC drilling confirmed the broad zones of mineralisation with a number of intercepts of at least 10m downhole width.

Drilling at Redcliffe East returns good grades and widths, including:

12m at 2.4g/t gold from 93m, including 3m at 5.1g/t gold; (RC) and
1m at 14.7g/t gold from 185m. (diamond drilling)

NTM Gold said Redcliffe East was similar to Hub, in that mineralisation remains open to the north, south and at depth.

The company said that all diamond results it has received have demonstrated grade continuity at both Hub and Redcliffe, with the core yielding important insights into the mineralisation at both deposits and returning good grades and widths.

NTM said the RC assays it has received to date have expanded the existing mineralisation at both Hub and Redcliffe East.

“The recent RC and diamond programs have extended the mineralisation at both Hub and Redcliffe East, with more results due in the following weeks,” NTM Gold managing director Andrew Muir said in the company’s announcement to the Australian Securities Exchange.

“Particularly pleasing is that the strike extent of Hub continues to grow.

“We look forward to further drill testing of Hub in the pending RC and diamond programs scheduled for November.”

A number of holes are yet to be resampled on one metre intervals and those results are expected over the coming weeks.

The aircore program is continuing, testing the northern and southern strike extents of Hub, along with a number of other high priority targets.

Beyond the aircore, RC and diamond drilling programs are scheduled to commence next month which is likely to continue the focus on Hub.
